Cute, Cute, Cute

Here are some pictures of things that I have done recently.

A cute little Colts girl for my cousin, and the Auburn shirt is for her too.

I love these owls!

I love these pumpkins!

This one was for my Carson! I did it a couple months ago, but he wore it for the first time today.

The Pumpkin Patch

I rarely ever get a day off or to just do what I want to do. So I was thrilled to have yesterday off. I was a little bit bummed when Max came home with a note saying his class was going to the Pumpkin Patch on *MY* day off.

However, I was so glad that I got to go! My mom and Carson went too. We all had alot of fun. Since the public schools were also closed, there was hardly anyone there. That made it perfect!

Max loves the inflatables. Carson did not want anything to do with it.

Out of the pictures that I took, this was the best one! I had to tell them later if they would just sit still, LOOK AT ME, and smile that it would be over and they could go back to playing. I bet it went through one ear and out the other.

Max had this pumpkin picked out. I brought a bag to carry them in, but it was still heavy. I told him that I wasn't carrying. He went back and picked out a smaller one.

Now we just need to carve our pumpkins!

Rivals

Two of my cousins, two uncles, my children, and myself go (or went) to the same school. Then I have three cousins that go to some other school. *eyeroll* They like to dish it out that orange and green are better. If we were talking college football, then I'd agree. I don't know an orange and green team though! LOL! With high school football, I have to say that red and white are better. =)

I think they all turned out pretty cute! ::coughcough::redandwhitearecuter::coughcough::

You know turkey season will be here soon...do your little turkeys need shirts??? Mine need more than a shirt!

Creative Weekend!

I had a great weekend. I always hate when it comes to an end. It would be nice to have one more day of play!

First things first, you can like me on Facebook! I'd like to have a giveaway, but I'd like more than 4 followers!! ;)

Next, do you Pin? Because you should. You can 'pin' ideas, recipes, clothing, things you want, etc. to your own Pinterest boards, and you can view everything that you like all in one place. You can follow me on Pinterest too.

This project is something that my aunt saw on Pinterest and JUST.HAD.TO.MAKE.IT. I got vinyl dots from a local store, and the ribbon from another local store. We bought all the flowers and wreaths at Hobby Lobby...everything there was half off. Score! (A funny little story, I had Carson with me at HL and he picked out some Starburst candy. When we got in the car, he wanted to eat his candy. He said, 'turn a wight on, I can't hee.' LOL I have laughed about that all weekend! That's turn a light on, I can't see.)

We all got together over the weekend to do our wreaths and to eat. I drew the letters, and my aunt's husband cut them out. I never knew he had a floral touch. ;)

This was our inspiration.

Here is what we did...

I made Caramel Apple Cream Cheese Dip too. It was delicious! It was almost like eating a crunchy caramel apple. It also came from Pinterest.

I finished up a couple more orders.

Max wasn't too thrilled that I was doing an Alabama shirt. He said he wouldn't tell anyone. I made him an Auburn shirt using a helmet from Applique Cafe. He said a teacher told him that his Mama needed to make him an Alabama shirt, and he responded back with NO! Then he told me that she looked like someone that would look like an Alabama fan.

One Can Never Have Too Many Pumpkins

Now that Fall is here, I got some cute pumpkin appliques from Applique Market.

I love the ric-rac. I've ordered some of the orange ta dot fabric - I hope it doesn't take too long to get here!

For the boys...

Mini embroidery footballs that go on both sides of an initial. There is also a larger football that can be put on polo shirts.

Yea, that's all I got for the boys.

Several things to work on this weekend! I'll try to post some pictures when I get everything completed.

Lily's Outfits

A sweet Momma brought me some fabric that she picked out and shirts that would match.

I've made ruffled pants before. As the mom of BOYS, I don't get much practice with ruffles. On the first pair, I did a basting stitch and then bunched it all together. On the other two pants, I made the ruffles while I attached the fabric to the pants. So much easier!

I hope Lily enjoys her outfits!
